ORDERING GUIDELINES:
- Order Frequency:
One order is allowed per month per customer. - Size of order:
A maximum of ten titles is allowed per order. - Number of Copies per title:
The limit of copies allowed of each title varies. To determine the limit of an item, refer to the (limit: #) under the title code.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is via US and UPS. We do not charge for shipping. However, we do request that shipments be sent to an office address.
STOCK:
Limits have been placed on the titles to assure the information is available free of charge to as Ohioans as possible. These limits may change as supplies vary.
As new materials are published and as others are no longer in print, the stock will change accordingly. While some titles previously supplied by OPERC may no longer be available, it is the intent to replace those items with current materials. For this reason, OPERC does not keep backorders.
DELIVERY:
Please allow at least two weeks from the date of your request for processing and delivery of materials.
