Your boss walks into your office! and asks you to plan the annual volunteer luncheon. Where do you start? What resources - including funding and staff time - do you need? And how do you plan this while doing your other work? Learn how to plan and manage projects in this interactive program. Participants will also learn to balance multiple demands on time while remaining focused.

Market rate (applies to for profit agencies): $200 per person.
* CEUs: 2.75 clock hours
This workshop has a SPECIAL CANCELLATION FEE of $100. This means if you register, and do not attend or send a substitute, your organization will be billed $100. The deadline to cancel without penalty is November 26, 2008.
