| In March of 2003 the task force will be distributing youth surveys to an area high school. All high school grades will be completing the survey. As a system facilitator, your role does not begin until after this initial task is complete, however in March of 2004 a posttest survey will be conducted and you will need to assist the task force with the distribution of the survey at that time. Enclosed within this portion of the website are the necessary documents for the instructions for the distribution of the youth survey, as well as, the actual youth survey. |
