On February 15, 2005, Governor Taft signed into law House Bill 493, which makes the fourth week in September "Ohio Parent's Week." This week was created in Ohio to recognize and celebrate people raising children and promote the many resources available to assist with the vital role of parenting. This year, Ohio Parent's Week is held September 25 - October 1, 2005.

About Bridgebuilders
The Bridgebuilders Project is a multi-tiered project that couples state level resources regarding enforcement and prevention of alcohol and other drug use among youth with local level efforts. It is a multi-tiered, multi-dimensional approach to reduce alcohol and other drug use among youth in eleven Ohio communities that integrates
