The narrative section should be written in a manner that is clear to reviewers unfamiliar with the program. It should be well organized and succinct and should contain sufficient information for reviewers to fully understand the program. The narrative sections (A through H) may not exceed 14 single spaced pages. The table of contents, cover sheet, abstract, organizational chart, and budget page will not be counted toward the program narrative section page limit. The following sections, A through H, provide general instructions for completing the program narrative of the application.
